1. Who we are

Quality Toys & Games is an online retailer based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, selling Educational toys & learning accessories within India. We are not a manufacturer and we are not a marketplace acting for other sellers.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each item from the information available to us, including what is not in the box. Screens render colour differently and moulded plastic varies slightly between production runs. Where an age range or a safety note is printed on the packaging, we repeat it on the product page; we can help you compare with the specifications listed.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or the delivery address cannot be served, we may decline the order and refund in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change, though a change never affects an order already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery, as set out in the Payment Policy. On tax: we are not registered for GST, as turnover has not reached the applicable registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice with a registration number can be issued, and the listed price is the amount payable at checkout.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Timings, charges, the 10 day return window and cancellation terms are set out in the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.

6. Use of this website

Please do not copy our product photographs or page copy for another store, attempt to interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders. Text and images here belong to Quality Toys & Games unless credited otherwise.

7. Warranty and responsibility

Toys are sold for ordinary domestic use by the age group indicated on the packaging. We provide no additional warranty through our store; where a manufacturer warranty is stated on a product page it applies on its own terms. Our responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, including consumer protection, information technology and data protection legislation as it applies to online retail. Disputes are dealt with by the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
