Quality Toys & Games accepts two ways of paying: UPI, and cash when the parcel reaches you.

UPI

Scan the QR code or enter your UPI ID at checkout. The payment happens inside your own UPI app — we never see or store your PIN, and the order is confirmed once the payment reflects. If your app times out, wait a few minutes before retrying; a duplicate payment is refunded within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no separate fee for choosing it. Please keep the amount ready, since delivery staff often cannot break large notes. To stop an order before it ships, see the Cancellation Policy.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit card, debit card, net banking, PayPal or wallet payments, and we hold no card details of any kind. If any page or message asks you to enter card information for an order placed with us, it did not come from us — please forward it to support@qualitytoys.shop.

Prices and tax

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the amount payable for the goods.
• Delivery is calculated at checkout: free above ₹999, flat ₹59 below it.
• GST. Quality Toys & Games is not registered for GST because our turnover is below the applicable registration threshold in India. GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, no GST tax invoice carrying a registration number is issued, and the price shown on the product page is the amount payable — nothing is added at checkout.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and the payment step happens inside your UPI app rather than on our page. We will never telephone you asking for an OTP, a UPI PIN or a screen-sharing app.
