We collect the little we need to get a parcel to your door, and nothing beyond it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, pin code, phone number and email address.
• Payment reference: the UPI transaction reference for a prepaid order. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, kept so we can follow up on a return.
• Website data: standard server logs and the cookies the cart needs to work.

Why we hold it

To pack and deliver your order, to process a refund, to answer questions about a purchase, and to keep the records a retailer is expected to keep. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your details.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number go to the courier carrying the parcel, because there is no other way to deliver it. Our payment provider sees the transaction reference and our hosting provider stores the site data. Nobody else receives your details unless a lawful authority requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and consumer-protection record-keeping requires; email correspondence for two years. Ask us to delete anything not required by law and we will.

Your rights

Indian data protection and information technology legislation gives you the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask for erasure where we are not required to keep it, and to withdraw consent you had given. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to order data is limited to the person running the shop. No online system is perfectly secure, so we keep as little as possible.

Cookies

Cookies are used for the cart and basic traffic counting. Blocking them is fine; the cart will simply forget what was added.
