Ordering and payment

How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet payments.

Is there a fee for Cash on Delivery?
No. It costs the same as paying by UPI.

Can you issue a GST tax invoice?
No. We are not registered for GST, as our turnover is below the applicable registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on your order and no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued. What you see on the product page is the amount payable.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Our address is in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, but orders are handled online only.

Delivery

What does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that.

How long will it take?
Handling is 1-2 business days, then 2-4 business days in transit to metro cities and 4-8 business days to the rest of India — door to door that is 3-6 business days and 5-10 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Do you deliver outside India?
No, within India only.

Choosing a toy

How do I know it suits my child’s age?
Where the packaging states an age range or a small-parts warning, it is repeated on the product page. We can help you compare with the specifications listed, but the age guidance printed on the box is what should decide it.

Are batteries included?
Only where the product page says so. Items that need cells usually ship without them.

Does anything need assembly?
The build kits and the wooden race car do. The product page says so, and they are meant to be built with an adult.

Is the telescope suitable for serious astronomy?
It is a beginner instrument for the moon and bright objects, not a professional telescope. We would rather say that than let the aperture figure suggest otherwise.

Returns

How long do I have?
10 days from delivery, unused and with the original box and all parts.

When do I get my money?
5-7 business days after the item reaches us and passes a check.

Something arrived broken. What now?
Email support@qualitytoys.shop within 48 hours with the video of the parcel being opened and photos of the box.

Is there a warranty?
There is no additional warranty through our store. Where a manufacturer warranty is stated on the product page, it applies on its own terms.
