You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Nothing is deducted and no reason is needed.

Before dispatch

• Email support@qualitytoys.shop or call +91 755 422 4338 with the order number.
• There is no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.
• We pack within 1-2 business days, so reaching us early on the next working day is usually enough.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it. You may refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return within 10 days under the Return & Refund Policy.

Refund of a cancelled order

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund — the order simply closes.

When we cancel

Sometimes we cancel an order ourselves: the last piece was damaged in storage, or the delivery pin code is one our courier will not serve. We write to you first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you would rather not wait. We do not substitute a different item on our own.
